    When trying to access Calm from the Lum app nothing happens. It attempts to load for about 5 seconds and then nothing.

    Hi @Myron, sorry to hear you are having trouble. Can you please clarify if you are trying to sign up or just launch the app to use it? Can you please ensure you have the most recent app update in Lum Mobile and try again. If this is still an issue we are happy to help.

    I'm experiencing an issue where nothing happens when I click on the "Get Calm" button.

    I'm using Safari on an iPhone, and I've already tried refreshing the page several times, but the issue persists.

    Hi @ayonkhan, we're sorry to hear about this. We'll have our technical team look into this, as we were able to reproduce this problem.

    We found that the "Get Calm" button still works in the Lüm Mobile app. Could you try this within the app and let us know if the problem persists for you?
