Texting from foreign countries

Hi,

I'm planning to go to Croatia in 2 weeks time. I will purchase the LUM Global Travel Pack B before I go.

I'm just wondering, when I text back to Canada do I need to add +1 before the number? If I receive a text from Canada, can I just hit "reply" or do I need to update the number with +1 at the start, before sending?

    With RCS enabled phones it should work just as it does at home. You can add +1 if u want to.
