Stuck at "Success! We have received your number port request."

Requested porting of phone number about 15 hours ago, no text has come from Rogers, cant move forward on set up.

Address is correct. Name probably not correct on file with Rogers ( its in my name, but was setting up new Lum account in her name). Need the ability to restart process or ?? as we cant get past this screen.

    Not letting you hit the Next button at the bottom right? If not, try an incognito browser and let me know if it still won’t let you continue.

    There is no "next button" on bottom right, only a sim tracking button, which tells me my card has arrived ( and it has).

    Did an incognito browser change anything?

    No, I tried many different browers. We also never got a text from Rogers, confirming it was was us requesting the porting,,

    I found some of the recordings and sent them to my porting group. I'll let you know through a ticket when we're reset and you can try again.
