How to activate from an out of province number?

Just received my SIM and activated a new number but it isn't working. How do I set this up?

Hello there,
You cannot port-in or use numbers other than Saskatchewan originated. If you are using a Saskatchewan based phone number (starts from a 639 or 306) then you should not be having any issues. And if you are still facing them, would you mind creating a trouble ticket either from the website or the app and then we can take a look at what's been causing this issue?

So how do I get a Sask number to sign up with Lüm?

You'll be given an option to be assigned a new Saskatchewan number at the time you sign up for Lüm service.
