Self signup complete, confirmation received but the app is stuck on "Welcome to SIM Replacement"
I completed the self signup in the last 20 minutes, received the confirmation email that it was complete, but when I open the app, I am taken to the SIM replacement step, as though signup is only partially complete.
Also, I tried making a phone call in Saskatchewan to a Saskatchewan phone number to see if it was working, but was informed that it was a "Long distance number"
I thought we in Saskatchewan didn't have "long distance" for anything in province....

Hi Bort,
It sounds like the app is taking you to the SIM activation screen. Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling the app? While you do that I'll have my backend folks make sure everything is okay.
For the "Long distance" question, please take a look at this forum post! You'll never be charged for long distance with us any way, but it's always a good idea to put a 1 in front of the number you're calling.
