I've asked the design team if we can make changes to the SIM cards.

I have the same issue. As a workaround I added the voicemail number to my address book as a favourite (android phone) so that it's a quick pick when checking messages.

That would be quick. I selected to have mine sent to my email and then it's just a couple clicks

So I just signed up to Lum and I can't get youmail working. I've gotten it configured, turned off VoLTE and gotten the confirmation call. But when someone calls my phone and goes to voicemail it's dead air for a few seconds and then hangs up.

I contacted Youmail support and they provided the following response:

"Basically, how we're receiving the call from your carrier Lum, reaches our system in a manner that is described as muted, which is why you're not hearing the voicemail greeting on your account.

When we escalated this months back to your carrier directly, they informed us that Lum customers can reach out to them via their support channels and they were actively working on a fix for the issue. This was four months ago, so they should know how to apply any fixes to their network in order to resolve the issue. Additionally, in an article about the issue from their website they posted this:

Please reach out to Lum and have them look into the issue. Once they've confirmed that they've resolved it, let me know and I'll give you another test call to ensure all is well. "

    Lum, can you help?

Thank you for reaching out, we have a temporary solution for it which will give you the access to voicemail, would you be able to create a ticket from the lum.ca website or the mobile app?

    Thanks.
