I can’t make calls and I paid the call and text add on

Try restarting your phone and turning VoLTE off.
- Android: Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > VoLTE Calls option
- Apple: Settings > Cellular or Cellular Data > Enable LTE > Turn off
