Can not make/receive calls on iPhone 6s Plus

I cannot make/receive calls with my iPhone 6s Plus. I tried taking it off LTE but that didn’t seem to work. My phone is only 3G and when I am not on LTE it doesn’t always let my texts or calls go through.
I also tried turning off/on the phone to see if that works but it did not.

Hi there,
Can you try leaving LTE on but disabling VoLTE only? Instructions can be found here.
