Cannot Activate

I got the plan, and timed my public mobile plant to cancel poorly. However, I re-activated the public mobile plan just so i could get the text to switch over again and now the lum app will not send the text or allow me to restart the activation process.

Good afternoon,
We've sent an email to our porting group to reset the request that appears to be stuck. I'm hoping they respond before the end of the day because they are off on the weekends, so fingers crossed we can try again right away. I'll create a ticket for you when you're able to try again which will notify you in the app and over email.
