Last night I was setting up my Sim. I ported my number over from Telus but it has been stuck on the setup number, current status pending. Its been like this for the last 14 hours. My guess is Telus is having issues porting the number?

Does Lum Mobile Plan to Support RCS Messaging for iPhone Users?
Apple rolled out iOS 18 on September 16, 2024, which includes RCS messaging support, making it easier for iPhone users to communicate with Android users. Does Lum Mobile have any plans to enable this feature for their customers? Or would it be considered to be put on the road map for the future?

Transfer Existing Lum Account and number to New Phone.
I plan to purchase a new to me used phone. I want to transfer my existing LUM plan to the new phone. What steps do I need to take? Can I just move the Sim to the new phone and all is good? Would love some step by step instructions from anyone who has done this.

Can't connect with 2 businesses
So I have 2 different businesses that I call for make appointments etc and it's very strange, it will ring, and if it goes to their machine/answering service it'll let me leave a message. I've got the following Access Point settings: Name: Lum APN: lum MMSC: http://mms.lum.ca/ MMS Proxy: mig.lum.ca MMS Port: 80 MVNO Type: GID MVNO Value: 5A I've made sure that my service is not set to "paused" in the "Security & Controls" section. I've also tried SaskTel's APN settings. Any ideas?
