New Voicemail Platform Coming Soon!

We’re changing our voicemail system on July 13th, 2024 to continue providing you high quality voicemail service with some additional features. Your Lüm phone number will automatically switch to the new voicemail system.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • No changes to your price or features
  • New mailbox – All new messages will go to your new mailbox. Any saved messages in your old mailbox can be accessed until October 11th, 2024 by dialing 306-789-MAIL (6245).
  • New access number – The phone number to access your new mailbox is 639-480-MAIL (6245), *99, or the voicemail button on your Lüm phone.
  • New feature in myLüm app – Now you can manage your voicemail notifications and change your PIN in myLüm!

Here’s what to expect when you access your new mailbox for the first time:

  • Log in using your current PIN.
  • Record your name.
  • Create a new PIN. If you want to change it back to your old PIN, you can do that after setting up your new mailbox.
  • Record your greeting.
  • Update any custom settings such as extended absence greeting.

Important Dates:

  • June 13th, 2024: Get a head start by dialing 639-480-MAIL (6245) to pre-access the platform. Set up your greeting and preferences in advance while your current voicemail remains active.
  • July 13th, 2024: Your voicemails move to the new platform, with additional features available in the myLüm app.
  • October 11th, 2024: The old platform will be deactivated.

    Changes are delayed a bit and your voicemail didn’t change to the new voicemail system yet. We’re still working to make the switch and will let you know once we have a new date.  Don’t worry, your voicemail will keep working!

    We are pleased to announce that the new voicemail system has been successfully launched! You can now enjoy features such as resetting your voicemail PIN and receiving notifications that may include a copy of the voicemail message.
