Still waiting for previous provider to send a text

I started activating my Lum simcard three days ago. Still waiting for Bell to send a text so I can initiate the transfer to Lum. Who do I contact? Thanks!

Mesaage should come within two hours. Ensure you're using your previous provider's account number and not IMEI.
