eSIM activation
Hi everyone,
This is my first time using Lüm Mobile and I’m having trouble activating my service.
After making the payment, I selected the option to activate my phone using my old Lüm SIM card, but it didn’t work. Now I’m stuck and not sure how to switch to the eSIM activation option instead.
Has anyone experienced this before?
How can I switch from SIM activation to eSIM activation after the initial setup?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

If you’re still unable to proceed or need help switching to eSIM activation, please raise a support ticket so our team can assist you further:
- Select Help from the menu on the left
- Choose Get Support
- Submit a support ticket with your details
