Do you know how to fix this? People can’t call me and I cannot call anybody

Try restarting your phone and turning VoLTE off.
Android: Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > VoLTE Calls option
Apple: Settings > Cellular or Cellular Data > Enable LTE > Turn off

I don’t have that option when I go to Cellular
