Does U.S Travel Data include the territory of Puerto Rico?

    Hi Mau,

    US territories are not included as of right now. This includes Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

    Any update if this is available yet? I am heading to Puerto Rico in the new year and would like to know if I can purchase the 1GB data usage for USA.

    Hi, please refer to this information available on Lum's website:


    • You can call and text numbers in Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. You cannot receive international calls and text messages from countries other than Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. The U.S. includes Alaska, Hawaii and the country of Guam. All other U.S. terrirotires and holdings are excluded.

    It seems that Puerto Rico would be excluded.

    Makes no sense that we cannot receive international calls on a phone while it is in Canada - seems a bit ridiculous . I understand if this is the case when roaming. Will have to have someone call me from abroad to test it.
