Port 2 numbers from fido

Hi, I need to port 2 numbers to lum, but I do not know how to do it. Do I need to buy a plan first and then I’ll get the option to port? Or can I port the numbers before picking a plan? and I have a SIM so should I pick the SIM or could it be eSIM in this case too?

Regarding SIM cards, if you are referring to a Lüm SIM, the decision is entirely yours which type you wish to use. If you were refering to your Fido SIM, this is compatible exclusively for Fido. With eSIM you can activate right away.
