Welcome to your first steps in getting started with Lüm. We're confident you're going to love it here. We're fully digital, giving you the power to self-manage your account effortlessly. If you need a little help getting started, the following steps are designed to direct you through the process, step by step.
- Click on Sign Up
- Enter your Email and choose a Password
- Click Continue
- Go to your email and verify the link. Hint: Check you spam folder if you have not received the verification email. Once you click the "Verify" link in the email you will be redirected to the next step.
- Enter your First Name, Last Name, Birth Date and Address
- Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- Check both boxes to confirm you have read, agree to and understand the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- Click Sign Up
- Click Sign In
- Enter your Email and Password
- Click Sign In
- Optional: Click Check Now to make sure your phone works with our network and has not been marked lost or stolen.
- Check the Device is compatible with Lüm network box
- Check the Device is not marked as 'Lost or Stolen' box
- Click Get Started
