Existing members with active memberships can find a referral code in myLüm that can be given to any new member signing up for service for the first time. This gives the new member a $25 discount off their first purchase and the existing member a $25 discount off their next membership renewal. Referral counts will update the next day.
- 1 year memberships have maximum of 3 referral discounts per membership period for a total savings of $75 off the next membership renewal.
- 3 month memberships have maximum of 2 referral discounts per membership period for a total savings of $50 off the next membership renewal.
- 1 month memberships have maximum of 1 referral discount per membership period for a total savings of $25 off the next membership renewal.
- Cannot be carried over
- Once you renew, your referral count goes back down to 0 and you can start referring again!
To find your referral code or your earned referrals:
- Log into myLüm
- Click Refer and Earn from the left menu
- Review your Total Referrals at the bottom
- To share your code, click the Copy Icon and send to your friends and family
Note: If Existing customer lets their membership expire – they cannot receive the referral promo until a future renewal where membership is renewed before it expires. Keep Auto Pay enabled for membership renewals to guarantee referral savings!
