Lüm members can now reset their own Voicemail PIN and receive alerts when a voicemail is left. You also have the ability to attach voicemail messages to your notifications, making it easy to save important voicemails for record-keeping or preserving a loved one's voice.
- Login to myLüm
- Click Settings
- Click Voicemail
- Enter Password
- Click Next
To reset your Voicemail PIN, follow these steps:
- Click Reset Pin
- Enter New Pin
- Confirm New PIN
- Click Reset
- Click Ok
To enable/disable notifications follow these steps:
SMS/Text Notification
- Toggle on/off
- Enter Cell Phone Number
- Click Update
- Click Ok
Email Notification
- Toggle on/off
- Enter and Email Address. You may select multiple email addresses. Please separate them by a comma
- (Optional) Check the Attach Voicemail box
- Click Update
- Click Ok
