New Lüm Members click Activate eSIM, then click Next twice. You will then be prompted to select a new number or use your existing number to activate your service by clicking the link to follow the next steps:

Existing Lüm Members eSIM for a New Phone: Please note that eSIM is not transferable between phones. You will need to obtain a new eSIM for each phone change. You can start by going to My Account → Switch Your Phone → Activate eSIM, then click Next twice.
Existing Lüm Members eSIM re-install on exiting phone: Please log into a browser from another device and start by going to My Account → eSIM QR Details. From there you can scan the QR code or get the codes manually.
🚩 Please turn off then remove any SIMs or eSIMs that are not currently in use on your device. For step‑by‑step instructions, refer to your phone manufacturer’s support website.
When you receive an eSIM, a prompt is automatically sent to your phone to install it. If you missed this prompt, you can also manually add the eSIM to your device using one of the methods below:
Recommended Manual Method: Scanning the QR Code
- We recommend scanning the QR code that was emailed to you using a different device than the one you are trying to activate.
- If you choose this method, your phone will automatically add the eSIM, and the setup is complete.
Alternative Manual Method: Entering Details Manually
- If you do not have access to another device to scan the QR code, follow these steps:
- Click the Scan QR Code option and then choose Enter Details Manually.
- Go to your account (e.g., in the app or website) and navigate to My Account > eSIM QR Details.
- Copy and paste the SM-DP+ Address and the Activation Code from the app/website into the corresponding fields on your iPhone.
iPhone
Please ensure your iPhone is running iOS 13.0 or above and is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM (or Add Cellular Plan).
- Choose Scan QR Code.
Android
- Open Settings > Connections > SIM Card Manager
- Select Add Mobile Plan
- Select Enter Activation Code
- Go to your account (e.g., in the app or website) and navigate to My Account > eSIM QR Details.
- Copy and paste the SM-DP+ Address and the Activation Code from the app/website into the corresponding fields on your Android phone.
Google
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet
- Select SIMs
- Select Download a SIM instead (or Add SIM)
- Select Next and follow the steps
- Select Need Help at bottom of the screen
- Select Enter it manually
- Go to your account (e.g., in the app or website) and navigate to My Account > eSIM QR Details.
- Copy and paste the SM-DP+ Address and the Activation Code from the app/website into the corresponding fields on your Google phone.
