Scenario 1: New Lüm Members who have not yet created a membership, please start by signing up. If you have already signed up, proceed with step 1 below.
Scenario 2: Existing Lüm Members who have changed phones or wish to replace an eSIM or SIM card will start by going to My Account → Switch your Phone and continue with step 1. eSIM is not transferable between phones. Continue with the steps below and if you need help activating your eSIM follow these steps.
1.Enter your IMEI number - if you do not have a phone yet, go to 2c below
2.Enter your EID number -
- On iPhone, find your EID in "Settings" → "General" → "About" → "EID".
- On Android, find your EID in "Settings" → "About phone" → "Status Information" or "SIM status".
You will proceed with one of the following a, b, or c paths below depending on your phones eSIM capability:
a. Awesome!! - click Next and go to the bottom of the page for next steps.
OR
b. Oops!! Your phone isn't eSIM capable. Click Purchase SIM card and go to the bottom of the page for next steps.
OR
c. If you do not have a phone yet or your phone does not have an EID you will not be able to use eSIM. Start from i. or ii. below depending on which screen you are in.
i. If you do not have an EID - click Cancel
ii. If you do not have a phone or do not have an EID- click I won't use eSIM.
iii. Choose between Order a New SIM Card or I have a Lüm SIM Card.
📌 Note: your previous provider's SIM will not work, and you will need a new Lüm SIM to activate.
