New Lüm Members who have not yet created a membership, please start by signing up. Once you are at the eSIM activation step continue with step 1 below.
Existing Lüm Members who have changed phones or wish to obtain a new eSIM or SIM card will start by going to My Account → Switch Your Phone and continue with step 1 below. eSIM is not transferable between phones. You will need to obtain a new eSIM for each phone change.
- From the Dashboard click Activate eSIM OR from the left menu click eSIM Activation
- Click Next
- Click Next
- Click Finish
- Click Let's Go!
- Add the eSIM to your phone - we recommend accessing your email from another phone or computer to scan the provided QR code. This will speed up the activation process. If you don't have an extra device, you can enter the details manually by following the steps by phone type below.
🚩 If you previously had an eSIM registered with Lüm and have switched to a SIM card, please remove the eSIM from your list of SIM's in your phone. The menu path for your phone can be found here.
iPhones
- Make sure your iPhone is on iOS 13.0 or above and connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM (or Add Cellular Plan)
- Choose Use QR Code
- Select Enter Details Manually
- In the SM-DP+ Address field, copy and paste from the app or type SM-V4-062-A-GTM.PR.GO-ESIM.COM
- Leave the Activation Code field blank
Samsung
- Open Settings > Connections > SIM Card Manager
- Select Add Mobile Plan
- Select Enter Activation Code
- In the Activation Code field, copy and paste from the app or type SM-V4-062-A-GTM.PR.GO-ESIM.COM
- Follow the on-screen prompts
Google
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet
- Select SIMs
- Select Download a SIM instead
- Select Next and follow the steps
- Select Need Help at bottom of the screen
- Select Enter it manually
- Copy and paste from the app or type SM-V4-062-A-GTM.PR.GO-ESIM.COM
