New Lüm members can follow the steps below.
Existing Lüm members who have changed phones or need to replace an eSIM ($5) or SIM card ($10) should start by going to My Account → Switch your phone, then continue with Step 1.
Note: eSIMs cannot be transferred between phones. Follow the steps below to activate your new eSIM. If you need additional help, refer to the eSIM activation support steps.
- Optional: Click Check Now to make sure your phone works with our network and has not been marked lost or stolen.
- 1. Check the Device is compatible with Lüm network box
- 2. Check the Device is not marked as 'Lost or Stolen' box
- 4. Enter your IMEI number - if you do not have a phone yet, go to 2c below
5. Enter your EID number
- On iPhone, find your EID in "Settings" → "General" → "About" → "EID".
- On Android, find your EID in "Settings" → "About phone" → "Status Information" or "SIM status".
You will proceed with one of the following a, b, or c paths below depending on your phones eSIM capability:
a. Awesome!! - click Next and go to the bottom of the page for next steps.
OR
b. Oops!! Your phone isn't eSIM capable. Click Purchase SIM card and go to the bottom of the page for next steps.
OR
c. If you do not have a phone yet or your phone does not have an EID you will not be able to use eSIM. Start from i. or ii. below depending on which screen you are in.
i. If you do not have an EID - click Cancel
ii. If you do not have a phone or do not have an EID- click I won't use eSIM.
iii. Choose between Order a New SIM Card or I have a Lüm SIM Card.
📌 Note: your previous provider's SIM will not work, and you will need a new Lüm SIM to activate.
