If you are activating for the first time or changing your phone, these steps will check if your phone is eSIM capable.
📌For new activations - if you have not yet created your membership account, please go to

and you will be redirected to this page after your have signed up.
📌 For phone or SIM changes - go to Switch Your Phone from the left menu then proceed with step 1.
1.Enter your IMEI number - if you do not have a phone yet, go to 2c below
2.Enter your EID number
You will receive one of the following, please follow the step that is applicable:
a. If you receive an eSIM capable confirmation, click Next and click Next Steps below.
ORÂ
b. If you receive a NOT eSIM capable confirmation - click Next and select Lüm SIM card - click Next and click Next Steps below.
OR
c. If you do not have a phone yet or your phone does not have an EID, select this option - click Next and select Lüm SIM card - click Next again and click Next Steps below.
📌 Note: your previous provider's SIM will not work, and you will need a new Lüm SIM to activate.
