Unable to port number from Sasktel

I have tried porting my number both with an IMEI number and an account number. In both cases I either get an email instantly telling me that my port has failed, or at one point I was on the "Success, we've received your number port request" screen, then later received a message telling me that the port has failed. I submitted a ticked days ago and haven't heard back. I'm unsure of how to proceed.
