- Log into myLüm.
- Click on Help in the left hand menu.
- Click Raise Trouble Ticket.
- Select Trouble Ticket Type: Issue
- Select the category and sub category of your ticket.
- Enter your ticket details and hit Submit to submit your ticket.
We recommend answering the following for your ticket details:
- What exactly is happening?
- When did it start?
- Is it happening all the time?
- When did you first experience this?
- Has there been any changes to your account recently?
- Is there a workaround?
