- Log into myLüm.
- 🚩 Make sure your address is correct for shipping.
- Click on Buy & Manage.
- Click on Buy Data & more.
- Click on SIM Card and select SIM card.
- Click on Next.
- Review your Total and click Next.
- Make sure your payment information is correct and hit Next.
- We'll email you once your replacement SIM is mailed through Canada Post.
