- Log into your myLüm account.
- Click on Update Profile.
- Select Change Phone Number.
- Enter your Password for verification.
- Choose between:
a) Yes, I already have a number and I want to use it.
Please note that selecting this option will cancel the account associated with the current number, as two phones cannot share the same number simultaneously. If you want to forward calls from this number to your current phone, consider using Call Forwarding.

b) No, I want a new phone number.
- Select the Region that is closest to you.
- Click the radio button next to your desired number or request a new list.
- Click Next.
- Confirm that the details are correct, and then click Activate.
- Check the box to confirm your intent to change your number.
- Click Yes to complete the process.
🚩If you notice that your iPhone is displaying a different number or experiencing issues like receiving a "Message Failed" notification or showing an old number after changing your phone number, this is likely due to a specific iPhone setting that needs to be updated.
To address this, please follow these steps:
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Scroll down and select Messages.
- Toggle the switch for iMessage to the OFF position, and then switch it back to ON.
- After reactivating iMessage, scroll down to the Send & Receive section to ensure that the correct mobile number is selected.
- You may also need to delete the previous failed message, if so continue to the next step.
- Go to the message conversation.
- Touch and hold the message bubble that you want to delete.
- Click More.
- Click Delete Message.
