Call forwarding, a feature available through your myLüm account, enables you to reroute calls to another number when specific conditions are met.
Call Forwarding Options:
- Call Forward Always: Redirects all calls to another number immediately.
- Call Forward Busy: Forwards calls to another number when you’re on a call.
- Call Forward No Answer, When Unanswered: Forward unanswered calls to another number. Redirects calls when you don't answer after a set number of rings.
- Call Forward Not Reachable, When Unreachable: Forward calls to another number if your phone is off or out of network range. Forwards calls when your phone is out of reach or turned off.
How to Activate from myLüm:
- Click Settings
- Click Call Forwarding.
- Click on the checkbox of the Always Forward Option you want to turn on/off
- For Canada and U.S. enter “1” and the 10-digit phone number. For Mexico enter “01152” and the 10-digit phone number.
- We don't recommend forwarding to your own number, as the application will not work as intended.
- Click on OK after entering number to save each setting.
