Membership Renewal
Auto Renew is set up automatically. This will renew your membership automatically when it's about to expire. If you've turned it off and want to avoid a possible interruption of your service, you can turn auto-pay back on to renew your membership automatically.
1. Log into myLüm.
2. Click on Buy & Manage
3. Check/Uncheck Auto Renew
Failed Auto Renew Payment
If your Auto Renew payment fails, your service will be paused. No need to panic—you can regain access by clicking Pay Bill. It will show an outstanding amount, but don't worry, this payment covers the membership you are about to renew. Be sure to update your payment method to avoid any future interruptions in service.
If the Pay Bill button doesn't show, please Raise a Trouble Ticket.
Data Recharge
Did you know you can also add data automatically? With Auto Data Recharge you never have to worry about running out of data. Set it for when you're running low or to recharge on a specific date. We will send you a notification before your data is Auto Recharged, but we take care of the work!
For Auto Data Recharge, all you have to do is this:
1. Confirm Payment Information is Correct
2. Click Auto Data Recharge
3. Toggle the Data to On
4. Choose the Data Amount
5. Select the Recharge Frequency
a. Data Balance is Low
b. On a Scheduled Date
i. Once A Month, Once Every 2 Months, Once Every 3 Months
ii. Select Date
6. Click Next
7. Click on Confirm & Submit.
