Update password
- Log into myLüm.
- Click on Manage Profile
- Click on Change Password
- Enter your Current Password
- Enter the New Password
- Confirm the New Password
- Click on Update
- Success! Click OK
Forgot password
- Click on Forgot Password? on the myLüm login page.
- Enter your Email Address
- Click Send Link
- Go to your email and click the link provided
- Enter the New Password
- Confirm the New Password
- Click Set Password
- If you aren't receiving the reset email, you can send us an email using support@lum.ca.
Note: If you get the error message: "Oops! Check the email address again, we don’t seem to have that one." It means you either have a typo or your account was created over 60 days ago and you didn't purchase a membership. You can Sign Up again and use your same email from the past.
