- Login to myLüm
- Click on Help from the menu drop down on the left hand side.
- You can either:
- Click Get Support to create a new request - fill in all fields then click Submit
- Click on the Support History if you wish to review or respond to an open request
- Click Add Comment or Add Attachment - Providing detailed information can significantly speed up the resolution of your inquiry. We need to know what you're experiencing, when the issue began, whether it's intermittent or constant, when you first noticed it, any changes that have occurred, and what troubleshooting steps you've already taken.
