With a pause in service you have the ability to temporarily stop your phone from using data, calls, and texts. This is useful for scenarios including:
- Lost or Stolen Phones: If a member’s phone is lost or stolen, they can pause their service to prevent unauthorized usage and protect their account balances.
- Parental Controls: Service pauses are also useful for implementing parental controls. Parents can temporarily restrict their child’s usage by pausing the service, ensuring responsible usage.
Note: A pause in service does not pause your membership counter. A membership typically has a specific duration, and it remains active for that predefined period. On the other hand, a service pause is specifically designed to allow members to limit their usage temporarily.
- To pause your service follow the below instructions:
- Log into myLüm.

- Click on Pause Lüm Service.
🚩 Please wait at least 1 minute before trying to resume your service!

*We don't sell phones, so we do not add your phone to the national IMEI blacklist database. You can contact the originating provider with your IMEI number to do this.*
