At Lüm, we understand that flexibility is key to a great membership experience. That’s why we offer the convenience of prescheduling changes to your membership for when it expires. Auto Renew is recommended to ensure uninterrupted service; however, if you prefer to disable it and renew manually, no worries! If your membership has expired or your payment has failed, you can easily renew or switch to a new membership that fits your current needs. If your payment failed, remember to check your payment details before trying again.
- Log into myLüm.
- Click on Manage Services.

- Follow the remaining steps in each category below depending on your scenario

Note: Once a membership plan change is scheduled you can Cancel the scheduled change or View Details related to the change in the Membership section. You will only be charged for your new membership plan at the time of renewal.

Please note: When cancelling your membership, you will immediately lose access to your mobile service, your myLüm account, your phone number and any remaining data balance. There are no refunds for any purchases. If you want to move your phone number to another provider you MUST complete a number port with your new provider first! Your account will cancel automatically once the port is complete. If your membership was cancelled in error, you can reach out to us at support@lum.ca.
