Call forwarding, a feature available through your myLüm account, enables you to reroute calls to another number when specific conditions are met.
Call Forwarding Options:
- Call Forward Always: Redirects all calls to another number or destination at all times.
- Call Forward Busy: Forwards calls when your line is busy with another call.
- Call Forward No Answer: Redirects calls when you don't answer after a set number of rings.
- Call Forward Not Reachable: Forwards calls when your phone is out of reach or turned off.
How to Activate from myLüm:
- Log into the app or browser and click on Settings.
- Click on Manage Call Forwarding.
- Click on the checkbox of the feature you want to turn on.
- Click on the (i) beside each one for more details.
- For Canada and U.S. enter “1” and 10 digit phone number, For Mexico enter “01152” and 10 digit phone number.
- We don't recommend forwarding to your own number, as the application will not work as intended.
- Click on Update to save each setting.
🚩 We don't recommend using Call Forward Always since it will forward ALL calls.
