If you wish to add voicemail part way through your membership, follow the below steps:
- Log into myLüm
- Click Manage Services
- Click Data & Add-ons
- Click Purchase Now
- Click Voicemail
- Click Next
- Review the prorated amount and click Proceed
- Confirm payment card details and click Pay
- Click Ok
Your voicemail will auto renew with your next membership unless cancelled prior to your membership end date.
Follow these steps on how to set up your voicemail after initial set up or after a pin reset.
Note: If a membership change is already scheduled. If you want to continue with this add-on please redo your Change Membership and select the add-on.
If you wish to cancel voicemail part way through your membership, follow these steps:
🚩Remember that voicemail is prepaid for the duration of your membership and is non-refundable. If you add it part way through your membership, you only pay a partial amount.
- Log into myLüm
- Click Manage Services dropdown menu
- Click Data & Add-ons
- Find and click Voicemail under list of My Current Add-ons
- Choose between
- Cancel EOP (will keep voicemail active until the end of the membership)
- Cancel Now (will cancel it immediately)
- Depending on the option above chosen
- If Cancel EOP was chosen. Click Yes on the confirmation. You can always change your mind later and keep it! Just follow the same steps above and choose Revoke.
- If Cancel Now was chosen, review amount about $0 refund and click Next
Note: If a membership change is already scheduled. If you want to cancel this add-on, please redo your Change Membership and deselect the add-on.
